Computer running slow?
Spring Cleaning for your computer any time of
the year
- Run all the Windows updates - Custom level and pick
everything
- Make sure your AV program is up to date.
- Install or update Spybot Search & Destroy
- Install or update a spyware removing toolbar like Yahoo's
( http://toolbar.yahoo.com )
- Delete Temp internet files, Cookies, Windows\temp files
- Run a program called EZ Cleaner (in the download section)
- Run Windows Disk cleanup (don't forget to remove the old
restore points)
- Defrag the hard drive with the program in System tools
